Android uses APK
The current HappyMod release is packaged for the Android operating system.
Platform limitation
HappyMod is not available for iPhone or iPad
HappyMod is distributed as an Android APK. iOS uses a different application format and cannot install APK files.
Clear answer
An APK cannot run natively on iOS.
Changing the file name or downloading it through Safari does not convert an Android application into an iPhone or iPad application.

iPhone and iPad use Apple's application packaging and signing system.
Avoid workaround claims
Do not trust sites asking for profiles, unrelated apps, credentials, or payment to “unlock” an iOS version.

Install HappyMod only in a supported Android environment. On a desktop computer, that means using a compatible Android emulator; on iPhone and iPad, there is no supported installation path.
