About HappyMod.im
HappyMod.im provides information about the HappyMod Android application, including version information, installation guidance, update information, troubleshooting, and access to the HappyMod APK through our download page:

HappyMod.im does not host, mirror, store, or directly distribute the third-party APK or Mod APK files that may be referenced, listed, shared, or linked through the HappyMod application.
Such third-party resources may be submitted or shared by users or obtained from independent third-party sources, including public technology communities and external websites. Those files and download locations are not hosted on HappyMod.im servers.
Copyright complaints
If you believe that material available on HappyMod.im infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright removal request.
Please include:
- Your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The exact HappyMod.im URL containing the material or link you believe is infringing.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

Content hosted by third parties
HappyMod.im can only review material that appears on, is hosted by, or is directly linked from HappyMod.im.
If your complaint concerns an APK, Mod APK, game, application, file, or other material hosted by an independent third-party server and not by HappyMod.im, we may not have the technical ability or legal authority to remove that file from the third-party service.
Where appropriate, we may remove or disable a HappyMod.im page or link that points to material identified in a valid copyright complaint.
For files hosted elsewhere, you may also need to contact the operator or hosting provider of the service where the material is actually stored.
Counter-notification
If material you provided has been removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- The jurisdiction and service-of-process statements required under 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3).

Repeat or abusive complaints
We reserve the right to reject notices that are incomplete, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or unrelated to content available through HappyMod.im.

We may update this DMCA Copyright Policy when our services, procedures, or legal requirements change.
